When you’re busy..

Here comes one more of those apologetic posts about not updating…

No really, I could do one of those but I won’t. I’ve been busy with all the preparations for the wedding, family coming from Interstate and abroad, work for Dominos and work for myself, and finally keeping up in the garden.

I have had a lot to write about but it seems that when you fall behind it’s even harder to motivate yourself to write and catch up. I only have myself to blame for that because I clearly caught up before and then fell behind again.

I used to really enjoy updating this site and it seems to be the way of things that eventually, no matter how determined your motivation, your train runs out of steam, the wheels fall off your cart.. Pick whatever metaphor you want!

One other thing that has been irritating me is the fact that I liked publishing my blog when it was so much simpler. I wrote what I wanted and that was that.
Before Amanda started using it to follow my life I was happy to write what ever. Since going private she has started stalking Lia’s blog.

I want to start writing openly again but I still have access issues with the kids and when it comes to me pushing for what is right or what is fair, I am a little weak.

I’m going to leave this post here. I feel like I have got some crap off my chest (albeit in private again!)

I will write again. I’d like to say “soon” but I don’t think I should promise that.
